'smell the roses', go for a nature walk, a run in the park or visit an
aquarium. Look up at the sky and see the precious things called stars,
appreciate them without thinking at all. Through appreciating and
immersing yourself in nature you can enhance your mental alertness,
attention, and cognitive performance. Don't take nature for granted,
it's not just about enjoying nature, it's about connecting with it.
