You can not call a diet well balanced diet without fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables are the important part of a well balanced diet. If you choose a diet for you without vegetables and fruits, this diet can offer you conditions as a gift. This diet never helps you to keep fit your wellness. This kind of diet can increase fat but never enhance your stamina and health fitness. Dietary Professionals state that a man ought to eat at least five serving of vegetables and fruits every day. It is true that lots of people do not know the genuine nutritional value of vegetables and fruits.

Vegetables contain fiber, vitamin, mineral, phytochemicals, carbohydrate and so on. These elements are necessary for a human to keep his health fit. You like meat but you did not like vegetables. You can make a meal which contains both meat and vegetables. This dish will be more attractive for you. Because you get both taste of vegetables and meat in one dish. During pregnancy, appropriate nutrition is essential for a healthy infant. Folic acid is the very best source of nutrient. Folic acid is crucial for preventing various abnormality including Spina Bifida. Brussels sprouts, broccoli, spinach and oranges are good sources of folic acid.

Vegetables and Fruits contain fiber which works against heart diseases and some kind of cancer. Veggies and fruits contain low fat which works for long term weight loss.
