0 Fit, Fast and lean doing a kettlebell workout routine

By Chris Rivers

It's no wonder every good gym has an area for them and every good instructor can't seem to go without them, kettlebell workouts give an all over body session that will give you the strength of a bull, physique of a professional boxer and cardiovascular fitness Jessica Ennis has to take note of. And whats more you can burn 400+ calories in as little as 20 minutes.

Also kettlebell training is very simple to do and some of the most basic of exercises offer the most positive benefits available. Take for example the kettle bell swing; this fundamental exercise is one of the best fat burning solutions around today but is one of the easiest to actually perform.

Also a huge bonus of kettlebell workouts are the fact that you can get going safely from you own home and lose some of the unwanted flab before you even join up at a gym. Its no secret that many of us are far to heavy but unfortunately more often than not this affects our confidence and we put of becoming members of our local health club as a result. But with kettle bells they give you the opportunity to lose some of the excess kg's from the privacy of your own home whilst increasing your cardiovascular health and confidence in the process; plus they take up absolutely no space like conventional fitness equipment.

But for me one of the most appealing factors of kettlebell workouts is as long as you keep moving with the kettle bell you are still burning calories and increasing stamina and strength. So for example as a beginners kettle bell routine you could do swings for 30 seconds followed by active recovery of round the body pass for 30 seconds; As it happens it's one of my most highly rated beginners workouts because it only consists of 2 exercises and as you get fitter you simply increase the speed of the swings until you can go all out. In fact I still do that workout at least once a week when doing high intensity interval training or HIIT because it's just so effective in minimal time.

So if you are still on the fence about using kettlebells to gain a whole new level of health it's time to jump down and grab that bell and swing yourself fit.
