Lipotrim is a total food replacement programme containing all the vitamins and minerals you need for a well balanced diet, simply it is for those who have tried dieting the traditional way and failed. The shakes are straightforward to make up but are best if whisked to make sure all the powder is mixed.

When you have achieved your goal weight there is a upkeep programme which helps you introduce food slowly into your diet, this helps greatly as you keep with 2 shakes and add a little meal of chicken and salad, it is quite prescribed what you can first eat but this is good because there isn't any danger of you misunderstanding quantities and food selections.
